The glove is two-layered:
1. The first layer - the upper part of the glove, reflective material (reflective flex) and the cuff consist of: fabric with an aramid copolymer structure
Content of other materials/fibers in the fabric: 2%.
Fabric weight: 200 g/m2.
The palm of the glove itself is made of a double weave of the same material.
2. The second layer - the lining consists of three layers:
2.1. The first layer consists of: fabric with an aramid copolymer structure.
Content of other materials/fibers in the fabric: 0%.
Fabric weight: 65 g/m2.
2.2. The second layer is made of: fabric with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fibers.
Content of other materials/fibers in the fabric: 0%.
Weight: : 160 g/m2.
2.3. The third layer consists of:
Viscose (fire-resistant so-called “Viscose FR”) and aramid copolymer material.
Content of other materials/fibers in the fabric: 0%.
Fabric weight: 120 g/m².
The glove is five-fingered. The length of the glove is 330 mm (from the middle finger to the end of the cuff). The glove has a cuff on the wrist (the so-called cuff), which is fastened with a technical fastener (the so-called “snap”). The glove is equipped with a carabiner for attaching to the uniform.
The glove has a cuff that completely covers the entire inner perimeter. In order to improve visibility, the upper side of the glove, in the palm area, has a 5 cm wide bright yellow and bright silver (bright silver in
the middle, and bright yellow on the sides) reflective tape (which complies with Class 2 according to ISO 20471 standard(s)) sewn on, while the front and back of the glove cuff, as well as on the palm, the inside of the thumb and part of the index finger, have a bright yellow sewn-on reflective tape complying with Class 2 according to ISO 20471 standard(s).
Color: dark blue, lined with reflective material of the corresponding color (according to the sketch).
The goods (including the cuff on the goods) comply with the Flame Spread Index 3. In addition, the article (including the cuff attached to the article) is resistant to heat at 180°C for 5 minutes and the
material does not ignite, melt or shrink by more than 5% in any direction. The article is resistant to contact heat at 250°C for 10 seconds. The article meets the X2 level for heat transfer (flame and
radiation). The article is resistant to water penetration (watertightness) and meets the Y2 level and the water vapour (air permeability) and meets the Z2 level. The glove's resistance to cuts, tears, punctures
and abrasion meets the 3rd level according to EN388. In addition, the reflective material applied to the offered goods meets Level 2 in accordance with the ISO 20471 standard.
