Description
Design of jacket and trousers in agreement with your team. The pants are fastened with a zipper and a button. Also has a wide adjustable belt. The trouser legs (garments) are made of double heat resistant at 300℃.
Sewn from 4 mm thick Aramid material. In the lower third of the pants, a sharp seam is sewn to increase visibility;
Lemon and silver refective strip (ribbons). The pants have 5 cm wide polyester straps. The jacket closes tightly with a zipper (with quick release function) and a technical fastening (with a covered valve). lt also has two botom-sitched pockets with flaps that also close with a technical fastener. Support the jacket with the elbows;
The outer part has a protective layer (clothing) made at a temperature of 300yC and double-stitched 4 mm thick from Aramid material. The upper and lower part and the sleeves have sharp stitching to increase visibility;
Lemon and silver reflective tapes (details to be agreed with the buyer). The jacket has three-layer suit (which opens to the jacket with a zipper). The sleeves of the jacket are rolled up from the inside 300℃ temperature resistant thumb cuff made of Aramid co-polymer fabric with a fick of a finger. At the request of the buyer, the logo of the service wilbe placed on the back of the jacket (logo, design, tone, dimensions will be agreed with the buyer).
Composition: outer fabric of jacket and trousers made of 200 g /m2 density Aramid co-polymer piece corresponding to the structure. The inside of the iacket consists of three layers. The jacket and pants have a waterproof and vapor permeable membrane that is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE 160-180 g densitly per m2) material, the inner thermal protective layer of the jacket is also an Aramid-based material that is resistant to 300℃ temperature exposure and has a density 70 g per/m2. The collars and seams on the jacket and pants are made with fire-resistant thread. uniform (jacket and trousers) with their supporting materials (zippers) technical fasteners (fasteners), reflective tapes, design and other details comply with the reguirements of the EN 469 (protective clothing for firefighters) standard. The relevant certificate is presented. Reflective tapes on the uniform for increased visibility. It is sewn with two parallel threads. The composition of the lower layer of relective tapes is made of Aramid from a piece of filber co-polymer structure, which is resistant to temperature effects of 300℃. The completed curve is correct and proportional.
